This is an Intermediate Vinyasa Flow class that requires a strong yoga foundation. Intermediate students should be able to transition quickly and easily between poses. These classes focus more on an internal practice and instructions on the poses themselves are minimal. Some classes focus on building strength. Arm balances and inversions are also sometimes explored.
